ECAV School & Coaching was founded 22 years ago by Francesc Gutiérrez with the aim of perfecting driving skills, both for those who want to drive more calmly and master the vehicle in challenging situations, and for those who want to discover racing or improve their performance on the track.

A multitude of drivers from a wide variety of disciplines (single-seater, GT, Touring, Rally, etc.) have passed through its hands, undoubtedly illustrious names that embody the ECAV spirit.
- From 2007 to 2019, he was an instructor for the "Joves Pilots" program at the Circuit de Catalunya, which produced drivers such as Miguel Molina, Alex Palou, Dani Juncadella, and Alex Riberas, all of whom are currently professional drivers competing in the world's top championships.
- Direct coach, among others of Dani Juncadella, Alex Riberas, Mari Boya or Jef Machiels and currently working at Monlau Motorsport with its F4 team and the Clio Cup junior driver Tomas Pregliasco
- Specific trainer for motorcycle riders Laia Sanz, Jorge Lorenzo, and Aleix Espargaró in their 4-wheel debut

A certified AMG instructor, he also collaborates with brands such as Ferrari, Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, and Maserati, among others.
